Clover



Clover honey as we all know is best spread a half inch thick on warm butter toast. Lightly coloured with a delicate flavour, clover honey is the toast-and-butter of honey production in New Zealand. Our local organic goat farmer grows paddocks of the stuff and the bees just love it.


Tip: swap for sugar in any of your baking recipes. 1/3 cup of honey = 1 cup of sugar.
