Wildflower

Wildflower honey is just that, wild. Our furry friends gather nectar from all sorts of plants: clover, chicory, dandelion, buttercup, roses and other gardenplants, from the flowes of apple, cherry and peach trees, or even the nectar of herbs like rosmary and thyme. Of course the native rātā, five fingers or tawa trees are not save from them either. Simply delicious.
Our hives live at local and biodynamic farms, where paddocs thrive and farmers turn a blind eye to the scrub fillled gullies that crisscross their land.
Tip: pour it over your homemade muesli, mix everything and roast it for a few minutes in the oven - you won´t regret it!
